asked questions

  • What do I need to bring with me?

    For your adventure in rafting, canyoning & water.funsports you only need to bring swimwear and shower things. The complete NEW equipment with wetsuit, neoprene or canyoning shoes, helmet, climbing equipment and life jacket is provided by us free of charge.

    For your adventure on the bike or on the high ropes course, we ask you to wear appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes. 

  • Where is the meeting point?

    Meeting point is directly at our station, Hnr. 231, 6531 Ried im Oberinntal

    Please arrive approx. 15 minutes before the tour!

  • Food & Drink

    Our H2o.Adventure BISTRONOMIE & BAR team will take care of your physical well-being.

  • What is the timeline?

    After a short introduction, we get changed at our station, then drive to the respective boarding point and after the safety talk, off you go on your adventure! After the tour, we return to our station with our vehicles.

  • What about bad weather?

    Rain doesn't bother us, because we are well equipped with brand new 7mm wetsuits! If your tour cannot take place due to thunderstorms or bad weather, we will inform you by phone!

  • Are there group discounts?

    With your local summer card, we are happy to grant a 10% discount on rafting and/or canyoning.

  • Spectacle wearer

    We have spectacle straps that you can buy!

  • Cancellations or cancellations at short notice

    Cancellations and changes to the number of people are free of charge until 18:00 the day before! Cancellations at short notice on the day of the tour will be charged with 80% cancellation fee!
